Summary:

How to trigger the approval workflow again when releasing maintenance work order from On Hold status?

Current behavior:

  • When a Work Order is Unreleased and I change the status to Released, it correctly goes to Pending Approval, and after approval it is released successfully.
  • This part is working as expected.

When I change the status again from On Hold → Released, the Work Order is released automatically without going through Pending Approval.

Requirement:
I want the Work Order to:

  • Go to Pending Approval again when changing from On Hold → Released,
  • And only be released after approval, same as the first release.
