How to extract "Receivables to Ledger Reconciliation" report globally?

Summary:

We need either of the two below to help us proceed:

1. Is there any global option available so that we can extract this report for all ledgers/BU in one shot?

2. If 1 is not available, please help provide the API we can use to extract the details in our custom report so that the amount extracted in our global custom report matches the individual ledger-wise amount for each and every heading like Invoice/Adjustment/Applied Receipts/Unapplied Receipt etc..
