Why does ODA live chat(DA as an Agent) work in VBCS but not in Web SDK/ODA preview?

Summary:

Live agent chat in Oracle Digital Assistant, integrated with Fusion through VBCS and Oracle Engagement Services (Web Chat for Service), works correctly in VBCS but does not function in the local Web SDK or ODA Preview environment. I have created the channel in "DA as an Agent" channel to use Fusion Omnichannel Services.

In ODA flow -used agent transfer component

In VBCS its working

In WebSDK/ODA Preview no any responses are coming

Is any configuration required for the Web SDK or ODA Preview? Please share reference documentation if available.
