Catalog RSSP only available for internally orderable

I have several items configured for both PR and internal requisitions (Transfer Orders). However, within the Self-Service Procurement catalog, some items currently default to "Internally Orderable" status

I want the catalog to default to a Purchase Requisition (Supplier source) by default, while still maintaining the ability to process Internal Transfers when necessary.

I checked

• Internally Transferable - both item yes
• Transfer Orders Enabled - both item yes
• Default Sales Order Source Type -both item Internal
• Purchased - both item yes
• Purchaseable - both item yes
