Evaluate Journey Task Performers and Owners During Task Initiation Query

Hi All,

Regarding the above functionality.

I was able to get the tasks to re-assign automatically to the new LM of a test employee I hired however I had to change the way that the task was configured first.

Guidance states that the re-assign functionality is only applicable in one of the scenarios below:

• When a task is dependent on another task.
• When a task is deferred based on a delay duration.
• When a journey is deferred based on days for initiation

The tasks had the delay duration configured and dependent on another and they didn't re-assign however leaving just one of the above enabled it worked and the tasks were re-assigned as expected.
