API or SOAP to create the contact address under the customer.

Summary:

Navigated to manage customer--> we wants to update the contact address.

There are two address on customer profile. one is customer address and other is contact address.

Now, we wants to create or update the contact address.

Manually we are able to do it. we want update or create the contact address using the rest or soap.

API used is able to only update it, but it is not able to create it.

We want the API or SOAP to create the contact address under the customer.
