How to Write FF For Weekoff and Public Holidays

Hi Expertise,

Could you please suggest on the below query regarding Fast Formula development in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor?

Issues:

• When an employee works more than 8 hours per day during week offs or public holidays, the system should automatically calculate a 1-hour break deduction.
• If employees work 8 hours or less per day, then no break deduction should be applied.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to design and configure the Fast Formula to achieve this requirement.
