Customer rebates driven by order type and source

Summary:

Order management receives sales orders from several third-party sources. Sales orders are also categorized into different order types. Can these source and order type attributes be used to drive the customer rebates? If it is source A, then rebate is 1%. If it is source B, then rebate is 2%. Similarly for order types, and a combination of both order types and sources. All these options and combinations are required to drive customer rebates. Please advise if you have done something like this before. Your input is much appreciated.
