Ability to remove “Update Preparer and Requester” button in Self-Service Procurement (also Redwood)

Hello,

I am working with Oracle Fusion Cloud – Self-Service Procurement (Redwood) and have a question regarding the Purchase Requisition → New page.

Currently, some users see the “Update Preparer and Requester” button. I have already verified the assigned roles and removed the Procurement Preparer role, but the button remains visible.

I would like to know:

  1. Is it possible to remove or hide the “Update Preparer and Requester” button through standard configuration (roles, privileges, or page customization)?
  2. Which roles or privileges primarily control the visibility of this button in Redwood Self-Service Procurement?
  3. Does Oracle recommend a best practice to restrict this function to specific users without affecting other requisition functionality?
