US OPTE Update dates vs Vertex Update dates

Summary:

We received an Oracle notification that HCM Tax and Geography updates are applied monthly to non-production environments on December 31st, and to production environments on January 2nd. This doesn't line up with our current Vertex update schedule of non-production environments on December 19th, and to production environments on December 25th.

Will US OPTE updates be delivered on a predictable schedule different than Vertex updates?
