IDR not able to scan invoice amount

Hi,

We have tried to scan the invoice using IDR but it was unable to scan the invoice amount.

When I click on the invoice and interactive AI opens , as soon as I highlight the invoice amount or double click on the image it closes. Invoice amount still blank in the invoice screen. Could you please help me on how can i teach IDR to recognise the invoice amount and why does the interactive AI close as soon as i click on it.
