Receiving error messages when trying to end date personal payment methods
Summary:
Our payroll team has recently noticed when they go in to try and end date a personal payment method for our employees, they are receiving error messages stating that "this personal payment method is ued in a prepayment process or has future dated records." I have verfied that this employee does not have any future dated records or in a prepayment process.
Has anyone else encountered this and how did you get passed this?
