25D - Netting Upper Limit

Hi,
I wanted to Test the New feature in 25D - Netting Upper limit.
I enabled the feature from My Enterprise > New Features. (Ref Screenshot below)

I referred to the oracle docs - Partial Amounts and Upper Limits in Netting Settlements, but the seeded lookup type - ORA_ERP_CONTROLLED_CONFIG is not available because of which I am unable to test the Netting Upper Limit.

Kindly help to check why this is happening.
