Hello experts, does anyone can please confirm if we can hire and terminate an employee the same day? We have seen that if I terminate an employee hired on the 31st of december 2025, the only selectable termination date are 31st of december of future-dated ones. If I select the 31st of december, this means that the employee has worked one day, and we want to avoid this. Are there any possibilities? thanks. Best regards.
