Is there any way to add a DFF on My Receipt for a header level?

Summary: We need to add a DFF at the PO Receipt Header level, but using Procurement > My Receipt, There is not Receipt header (or I can't see it).

We tried to use the Warehouse Management (inventory module), but using inventory we are not able to receive "Fixed Price Service" Line types.

We want to be able to add a PO Receipt Header DFF on the My Receipt page.

We are using Redwood screen.
