Default or Validate the Union Member field based on Union or bargaining Unit field

Summary:

Customer would like to Default or Validate the Union Member field based on Union or bargaining Unit field in the change assignment transaction dynamically. Example when I change the union field to say Non-Union in the change assignment transaction, the union field should default to No or throw an error saying Union field should be "No" or something. Is this possible in Redwood UI?
