Redwood UI – Absence Entry: DFF Attributes Not Rendering After Absence Type Selection

edited 3:51PM in Human Capital Management

On the Add Absence page in Redwood UI, when a user selects an Absence Type, the page should dynamically render the associated Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) attributes configured for This works correctly in Responsive UI, but in Redwood, the DFF fields do not appear.

Expected Behavior

After selecting an Absence Type, the Redwood page should:

  • Display the context-sensitive DFF segments tied to that Absence Type.
  • Behave consistently with Classic RUI functionality.

Actual Behavior

  • Absence Type selection works (balances and base fields appear).
  • DFF fields do not render in Redwood UI.

Howdy, Stranger!
