The Contract Number field is not defaulting in Contract Info section of Create Job Offer

Hi,

Issue:
The Contract Number field is expected to default to the value 'CONT' followed by the Candidate Number, as per the seeded functionality. However, this defaulting behavior is not working as expected in Redwood on the Contract Info section of the Create or Edit Job Offer page. In RUI, the field correctly defaults to the expected value, and there are no validation rules in place since this functionality is seeded.
