Email Report for emails sent to Specific Segments

Hoping I can just do this in Eloqua Insights…

I have a specific shared filter that is used as a Suppression/Exclusion on about 140 segments, for context it's a list of email addresses that haven't opened an email in the last 6 months.

I'd like to get the email stats for each email that used these 140 segments - and conversely - stats for emails NOT using these segments (to prove/disprove the use of this 6-months no open suppression).

In Insights, instead of individually searching for/selecting each of these 140 segments, I'd like to know if I can somehow upload the list of segment names and run the report that way.
