I am unable to log in to my Oracle Cloud Free Tier account.
Issue description:
- Login fails with invalid credentials
- Password reset reports success, but no reset email is delivered
- This happens consistently, even after multiple attempts and waiting many hours
What I already tried:
- Checked Inbox and Spam/Junk folders
- Waited more than 24 hours
