Scoring Task Delegation & Reassignment Options for RFQ Negotiation

Summary:

I would like to check if it is possible to handle scoring delegation or Reassign for an RFQ negotiation under the following scenario.

Once the RFQ is published, closed, and opened for scoring, a notification is sent to the scoring team members defined in the RFQ. In our case, User X was added as a scoring team member and received the scoring notification. However, User X is currently unavailable.

We do not want the Buyer / Category Manager to score on behalf of User X. Instead, we would like User Y to perform the scoring. Please note that User Y is
