Firefox Tracker Blocking Affecting Eloqua Forms with Spam Protection Enabled
During the integration of our Eloqua forms, we encountered the following issue and would like to briefly align with you on it:
When spam protection is enabled in an Eloqua form, a request for the form submission token is sent to an Eloqua server when the form is loaded in the browser. This server uses the same domain as the Oracle trackers. Since Firefox classifies requests to this domain as tracking requests, they are blocked for users with tracker blocking enabled (which is the default setting). As a result, the forms do not load in Firefox. We assume that this behavior also affects many other Eloqua customers.
