Can we send Custom Notifications to the candidates for seeded Action Reasons based on Fast Formula?

Hi Team,

We want to send Custom Notifications to the Candidates when the Job Requisition is Cancelled or Filled and When the Job Application was Disqualified.

The job application was disqualified-SYSTEM_JOBAPP_DISQUALIFIED
The job requisition was canceled-SYSTEM_REQUISITION_CANCELED
The job requisition was filled-SYSTEM_REQUISITION_FILLED

Can you please let us know if this is possible?
