Job Requisition Security Profile – Access Not Restricted Based on "Hiring Manager user type"
Summary:
Access to job requisitions and applications appears to be controlled by user roles, rather than by the Hiring Manager user type defined in the Job Requisition Security Profile.
We have configured two separate roles and security profiles:
- Hiring Manager
- Interviewer (Collaborator)
Each role has distinct access restrictions.
Expected Behavior:
- A Hiring Manager should be able to access job applications associated with the requisition.
- An Interviewer (Collaborator) should not have access to job applications.
- If a Hiring Manager is also tagged as an Interviewer, the user should follow Collaborator behavior and should not have access to job applications.
