25D - Text Object "Contains HTML/Javascript/CSS Markup" Option remvoed

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Hello,

We've recently upgraded our DEV environment to 25D. We're now finding that the option to include text that contains HTML has been removed.

Was this documented anywhere? I can re-enable the priviledge to BI Administrators but want to know if this is intentionally disappearing on us.

We've used this feature extensively following design suggestions from the Oracle A-Team. (link here)
