 I have enabled the address validation feature but why do I not see address search or recommended address suggestions on address maintenance task in Person Management? 

The address search and address verification functionality is only supported for US addresses on ADF Responsive (NUX) pages and Redwood (VBCS) pages. 

That helps! But is there a comprehensive list of pages that include the new address enhancements? Here are my lists so far:
