Unable to access remittance bank account
Summary:
Hello - I have configured receipt classes and methods via CSV successfully and account names show under receipt class overview screen. However when selecting to edit a specific remittance account, or creating a net new line, I am unable to see the bank account names.
Bank accounts are checked as 'Receivables' used with their setup matching other environments where we are not having this issue. Data access for receivables manager and application implementation consultant has been granted for respective BUs.
