Seniority Date V3 brings the old hire date in the formula

I have a compensation plan, I am using PER_SENDT_F_V3_SENIORITY_DATE to get the benefit service date, I have an employee who have 2 records, one active and the other one is inactive.

In the worksheet, the system brings the hire date of the active one, in the formula it brings the hire date of the inactive record, when I use test eligibility profile, I see old hire date in the log, I need to bring the latest hire date of the employee.
