Unable to create RFQ from PR in Process Requisitions page

Summary:

Hi,

I have create a PR which is in approved status. Now I move to Process Requisitions page where I am able to see all 3 lines of PR. When I add all 3 lines to Add Document Builder → New Negotiation, system is giving me below error:

The purchase order couldn't be created. Contact your help desk. (PO-2055040) An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 57, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.

What is causing this error?
