Looking for customer feedback and input.

We need real world documents of job descriptions (old/new) in any format that you use to create job profiles in the system. For context we are trying to build capability to automate creating job profiles using AI agent. Please note, these are not recruiting job descriptions/JDs, but are the job descriptions that HR uses to create Job Profiles (job definitions)in the system.

Also can you comment

  1. How often do you come across the need to create new job profiles
  2. When you draft such descriptions for job profiles, do you create a single document for multiple job profiles or separate document for each job profile
