Derive the termination date based on notification date for User Person Type and LDG in Redwood Pages

I have a requirement to derive the termination date based on notification date in Terminate Employment Redwood Page.

Using below condition in VB Studio - Advance Expression,

if ( $fields.employmentAssignments.UserPersonTypeId.$numberValue() === 300000007737662 ) is not getting true.
