Talent Profile Printing

I know that this is already a planned guide group and on the development roadmap, but at CDW we have a Talent Review Process that leverages the information from the talent profile in a printed format.  I was wondering if anyone who currently has performance and talent profiles live have a solution or workaround to get the data from the talent profile in a printable and workable format??

Is it possible to get the data that is on the talent profile on a report in business objects?  We are looking specifically for the "Employee Metrics" items but other "demographic" type items would be needed as well.
