Logo not displaying in HTML format in seeded Performance Document Worker and Manager Rating Report

Summary: We have a requirement to customize the seeded Performance Document Worker and Manager Ratings Report to add client logos.

While the logos are displayed correctly when printing the performance document as a PDF, they do not appear when printing the same document in HTML format using the print option in the performance documents page.

When we manually run the report by passing the parameters, the logos are displayed correctly for both the output formats (PDF and HTML).

The problem is specific to the print option in performance document page. When we print using PDF works perfectly but not when we print with HTML.
