Redwood PO Process Requisition Module: Publish Action does not Display Staged Documents

In the Redwood PO Process Requisitions module, when a requisition is staged and “Publish” is selected, according to Oracle documentation

( ), the Staged Documents page should appear with an available process ID listed.

In our system, after “Publish” is selected, the user is kept on the Requisitions page and a pop-up is displayed indicating that the PO has been created. When the user selects the Staged Documents tab at this point, the PO is not listed. Looking 11 days after publishing, the requisitions that were staged at that time now appear on the Staged Documents tab. However, the entries shown do not include any Process IDs. Any reqs processed “today” do not appear. There must be a lag or a delay.
