Candidate unable to view tasks

Summary:

A few newly hired candidates have reported that when the log into Taleo, they click on 'Tasks' to complete their onboarding steps,

But when the page loads, there is no steps visible. (only the status bar is visible).

We have cleared browser cache, log out and log in, but with no avail.
