Can OLC support "Test-Out" Assessments as the first step in a Learning Experience?

Customer wishes to have the first step in a Learning Experience to be a "Fast Pass" assessment which can be taken and if passed, then the course is bypassed and it is marked as completed.

Looking at past comments and posts on this capability, it does not appear that anyone had a solution leveraging Oracle Learning Cloud features alone. Is this still the case?
