second comment field in hcm core transactions

Summary:

Our costumer has the requirement for a second comment field in transactions like "Add Pending Worker", "Change Assignment", "Local and Global Transfer".

Reason is: Some comments are relevant for the BU IT, some comments are only relevant for payroll, and should not be transferred to IT.

One idea was to create a flexfield on the different objects like Assingment, Person, Work Relationship, etc.

But the value of the flexfield will not be deleted automatically.

The genereal goal and requirement is:

Use standard comment field for payroll information - this information is only seen by the approvers of the workflow.
