Tax Audit Report - Std report not following the data access set

Hello Everyone,

I was running this standard report and noticed that it did not respect Data access set.

To replicate this issue we can do the below:

Navigate to scheduled process -> Search for the report name: Tax Audit Trail Report-> 

Select the parameters || For eg. Reporting Level =Ledger

                                                      Reporting Entity= < Ledger Name>

Run the report.

User now can see all the Tax transactions regardless of whether or not the user is provided access to this Ledger or legal entity.  The user now can run this report for all other Ledgers, legal entities.

Is there a way someone could restrict this based on data access set provided.
