OTBI Performance and Timeout Errors For End Users
Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to work out some issues with some analyses we're using for a dashboard our business uses.
We've built several analyses that bring back performance information from the subject area: Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time, using the Assignment Manager fields to ensure it only returns the end users direct and indirect reporting line.
The issue we're having is that when one of these (NW_MGR2510 - Table - 25/26 Provisional Performance In Progress Rating) is accessed via a tile we've created front end under the 'My Team' tab, they appear to time out after around 15 to 20 minutes for some users.
