RFQ Creation from an OSP purchase requisition

Summary: We have a requirement where all purchase requisitions including those from OSP requisition generated through a maintenance work order should go through an RFQ process before prices from the different suppliers is picked and one of the price is used at the end of the day.

Does Oracle support RFQ for Outside processing?

If yes how can this be setup.

Because currently what we are able to achieve is released work order—> OSP requisition—> PO creation (Outside processing PO)

But this is what we want: released work order—> OSP requisition—> RFQ ——> PO creation (Outside processing PO)
