How to enable "AP Analytics" tile/feature in Payables Oracle Cloud?

New Oracle Demo instance shows an "AP Analytics" tile under Payables tab in Oracle Cloud, though I cannot find any information online on how to enable it. Does anyone have any idea or have enabled it already in their instance?
