V3 Seniority Dates was enabled a couple of years ago, but we never ran the processes

V3 Seniority Dates was enabled in our PROD Environment a couple of years ago by an Oracle Release. We never ran the required processes for V3 as documented by Oracle. Now that we have had V3 Seniority Dates active in PROD for a couple of years now, what impact would it have if we ran the required processes now? We can see that the Seniority Dates page is REDWOOD using the Quick Actions link. However, when we use the Person Management path, it is NOT REDWOOD. Is this due to the missing processes?
