Resend offer to update the expiration date. Is there away to track changes made?

Summary:

I understand the RESEND Offer action can be used to update the expiration date. Is there a way in ORC to track / view the changes made in the expiration date ?

I checked in the Progress tab, but its not showing there.

The old expiration date will be overwritten by new expiration date. This is ok.
