Business uploads daily rates on daily basis and unfortunately Bank sent incorrect rates, users uploaded the same rate by oversight. Its created big mess in the system due to incorrect daily rates. User realized after couple of days and its created so many incorrect entries and generated huge revaluation entries even though foreign currency balance is Zero.

Business would like to implement approval mechanism for uploading daily rates. User will upload the rates and approver should approve daily rates, its should upload daily rates like maker/checker concept.
