Microsoft Teams Meeting Link not generated with Single User setup

We have set up the details for the Microsoft Graph Integration to allow use with ORC and Interview Scheduling.
We have created this as 'Single User' as recommended by the Oracle documentation, so we have assigned a default user account which is the same email/inbox we are using for the vanity email.
The availability of calendars is working, however when we invite a candidate to interview using web conference and using the teams integration, the candidate is not receiving the Teams Invite Link and the Interview Panel receive blank notifications.
