Clarification Required on DFF and Field Export in Redwood Admin Learning Pages

Hi All,

Currently, our customer is transitioning from the Classic Classroom/Instructor/Training Supplier pages to the Redwood admin experience. In the Classic interface, using the Export option on the below pages allows all columns to be exported to Excel, including DFFs, which are displayed under “Additional Attributes.”

Navigation: My Client Groups > Learning > Classroom / Instructor / Training Supplier > Export

However, in the Redwood interface, DFFs are not available through the Export option. This is a significant concern, as the business has invested considerable effort and cost in implementing these DFF fields to meet specific business requirements. In the Classic pages, admins can easily export this data and perform internal analysis, which is currently not possible in Redwood.
