Restricting user from creating assist activity using drag-drop

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a business requirement to have a user who will only have View Only access. So, we created a user type (View Only) and restricted most of its access.

User with this user type is not able to create activity from Actions—>Add Activity in dispatch console, but when user drags and drops one resource to another, he is able to create assist activity.

We want to restrict user from creating assist activity too. Please let us know how can this be achieved.

Below is the screenshot the Activity Management setup but still user is able to create assist activity.
