Supplier Rebate Program Creation Error using VBAFE

When creating supplier rebate program using VBAFE (Visual Basic Add in for Excel) then getting error message as mentioned below

I am filling up 2 sheets - Channel Program Sheet and Product Rules - Channel program sheet, in the channel program sheet the record status shows create succeeded, in the product rules sheet the create failed and the error message is shown below: Definition Organization Id of type Attribute is not found in ChannelProgramEO_productRules_ChannelProgramVOToChannelProgramLineVO_ChannelProgramLineVO. (25058)

Could someone please help on the above error as this is crucial for Client demo?
