Unable to Open Candidate Resume – System Redirects to Login Page for Non-Admin Users

When we log in using a regular user role and try to open a candidate attachment (for example, a resume) from Oracle Recruiting Cloud, the system redirects us to the login page and asks us to authenticate again. After login, the resume still does not open.

However, when the same candidate resume is opened using an Admin user, it opens successfully without any issue.

Could someone please help us understand:

  • Which privilege(s) or job/data role(s) are required to view or download candidate attachments (such as resumes)?
  • Is there any specific ORC or HCM security privilege that controls access to candidate attachments?
