My Receipts (New): How do we hide "If you have a problem with your order, contact your buyer, ..."

Summary:

On the My Receipts (New) Module, when a user is on the Orders to Receive tab, and select an order to create a receipt, when the user is filling in the receipt details there is a sentence stating, "If you have a problem with your order, contact your buyer, …". How do we remove this? There is not an option in Visual Builder that I can find. Image attached of what I am speaking of. Thanks in advance
